As an osteopath, Jeremy’s approach follows on from his vast experience as a practitioner and lecturer in the health and fitness industry where he found a patient centred approach most effective. Treatment plans are tailor made to suit the patient and their condition, and Jeremy provides each patient with the skills to help them achieve treatment goals and maintain long term health.

 

Osteopaths treat a wide variety of conditions including back pain, neck pain, work related strain and the pain of arthritis but it is the treatment and management of long term pain which Jez is particularly interested in. 

 

When away from work, the majority of Jeremy’s time is taken up with his family who keep him very busy. He is a keen cyclist, but his real passion lies in rugby and he can still be found on a Saturday afternoon turning out for Ampthill.
