With a first class background treating a wide variety of clients, Helen uses a combination of holistic and sport massage techniques to help provide the most effective treatment and needs of her clients - be it to relieve the stresses of day-to-day life or to rectify specific conditions, her own experience and expertise has proved invaluable in providing tailor-made treatments for the clients.
A keen advocate of the clinic's wellbeing philosophy, Helen works closely with our team of osteopaths, physiotherapists, podiatrists and acupuncturists to ensure that each patient has a greater chance of achieving their end goal.
Alongside her work in clinic, Helen was involved with London 2012, co-ordinating a team of therapists working within the media centre. She has also spent time working in sport - in particular with marathon runners, ironman tri-athletes and rugby teams.
