Personal Training Sessions
The 'Fitness Starter' programme eases those new to exercise into a full body exercise plan with special emphasis on targeting the body parts and fitness goals that you want. Special attention is given to creating an overall balance throughout the body and kick starting a healthier eating pattern to get you there faster.
The 'Peak Performer' programme is designed around your exact performance needs for fitness or sports goals. Each phase of the programme zones in on specific cardio-respiratory, strength and power gains. Inspirational one to one coaching gives you the edge on the competition.

Training is available on a one to one basis and small or large groups, dependent upon your requirement.
